Do you wish you could loosen up? Be more
spontaneous? Let your creativity flow as you experiment with
non-traditional ways of applying paint. We will focus on pouring paint,
painting negative spaces, and using traditional brushwork to create free
flowing artwork. We will also have fun experimenting with using salt,
saran wrap, rubbing alcohol, and sea sponges to create interesting special
effects.

I recommend “Artist”
quality watercolor paint and not student grade if your budget permits.
Artist paints are better quality, and have more pigment and less fillers
-- so you can actually use less paint! Also, Artist quality paints
are more usually lightfast and therefore less likely to fade.

supporting the watercolor paper (half sheet).
Masking tape or Clear packing tape:
to attach watercolor paper to Mesonite board
